In recognition of his leadership style especially in demonstrating integrity in the workplace, Udom Inoyo was in 2013 honoured by ExxonMobil Cooperative Society with the naming of a 100 Units Housing Estate located at Ajah, Lagos state, after him: “INOYO HAVEN”.

Udom Inoyo having served in different portfolios including General Manager, Public and Government Affairs, Executive Director, Human Resources and Vice Chairman, ExxonMobil Companies among others believes and demonstrates integrity in all these leadership positions. It is to his credit that the ExxonMobil Cooperative surmounted challenges arising from loan repayment matters that almost led to the collapse of the scheme. Udom Inoyo on conviction of the benefits the scheme would have on employees intervened and his intervention yielded positive solution to the loan repayment challenge. Udom as a leader believes in exemplary leadership and has always supported the cooperative even when it may not be convenient with other senior management team members.

It was therefore, in recognition of his astuteness, unparalleled integrity and corporate ethics that the management decided to name this staff residential estate after him. Udom in his extremely simplistic nature had no property in the estate at the onset. As a demonstration of his total support to the initiative he bought just one property in the estate.
